I was very happy and satisfied with Emerald Hotel. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful. In particular, I would like to thank the young gentleman who was at the reception desk when I checked out Wednesday morning at 7:30 a.m.. I forgot his name. However, I do remember that the meaning of his name was “generous” in English.

Excellent in every respect

This was my second stay at the Emerald Hotel and I was, again, very impressed with everything. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean, the staff excellent and value for money very good. A very pleasant stay and I'm sure this will continue to be my hotel of choice when returning again.

the hotel is generally a 4 star hotel (not a 5), but is probably the best option for business or leisure that one can find in Kosovo.

New hotel with high standards

This hotel was a real good surprise. Service was top class and the hotel is new and they thought about every details. Excellent breakfast and the conference rooms are the best in Kosovo. For the price, one of the best of the thousands of hotels I have ever visited. .
