Please don’t stay here. Don’t let the price entice you. We had to be checked in to 3 rooms before we got one that wasn’t occupied by people we did not know. Took that as a sign to lock our door from inside immediately. Good thing because at 9pm and midnight two attempts to enter our room. Front desk blamed two separate reasons. She was very nice to us for not getting angry, but I had to strongly persuade her to come up to the floor to make sure our 3rd try at a room was vacant. It wasn’t, but at least she was present to finally find us an available room. Good grief. Plus we witnessed two other groups experiencing similar problems.

Not a place to take a family

Unclean. Pool had no water in it. Breakfast looked good but tasted bad. Beds were lumpy. Bugs in our room. Ceiling falling down over the shower. Hole punched in our bathroom door. The hotel looked very different in person then in pictures. The pictures don't show you how run down the facility is.

When arrived at the property the driveway pavement is awful. The pool was closed and seemed extremely dirty. When I got the key and was heading up to the room, the staircase smelled like urine. When entering the room, it smelled like urine, it was very hot and the beds were not made properly. It was a very bad experience, I ended up giving up my key and leaving as it was not worth what I had paid for.

Our stay was much less than expected. It was very difficult to reach reception. They dont answer the phone or the assistance bell. The security locks are brocken. Anyone can enter this establishment from doors that are "locked." Some of the air conditioners are inoperable. Some bathroom showers are broken. Our room had damaged furniture. However, this establishment is very conveniently located and close to shopping and amenities and the cleaning staff are wonderful and friendly.

The staff are nice and courteous but the building itself needs some updates and the rooms are not the cleanest. Is what it is for a stay at a hotel but definitely wont be staying at this one specifically again.

The staff was great but the room was dirty. The floors didn’t seem to be vacuumed, the coffee maker was full of mold and unusable, and the shower drain was clogged with hair.

There is a horrible odor in their front hallway. Also the sign is completely missing from the front which makes it hard to find if you arrive at night. Overall not a terrible stay but the smell of their hallway is atrocious & impossible to ignore.
