Rooms were in need of some repair and carpets cleaned.

Great hotel with all the 5 star service you anticipate. The only downside occurred at the food side of the package. Dinner was supgrest food but lack of staff to service was disappointing but the existing staff tried very hard. Unfortunately breakfast was no better. The coffee machine was broken and after finishing breakfast we hadn't received one

Fabulous property, excellent concierge service. Beautiful breakfast. Highly recommend, have stayed here several times and loved it every time.

Great pool and spa, New York Loft is amazing, as is the buffet quality and selection. The staff are very friendly and efficient.

Checkin was easy and quick, staff were attentive and helpful. Room was clean, well appointed….nothing to complain about. Excellent value for money.
