The staff were extremely nice and helpful. Even though there are no elevators, our bags were carried up and down the stairs for us, which was so nice. Everyone was friendly and the accommodations were fantastic. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent setting for a very relaxing stay. Beach, pool, and restaurant on site all great. Nearby restaurants also very good from affordable to fancy. Lots of watersports available on site as well as beautiful excirsions. Definitively recommend it!

First time visit to Turks & Caicos and we couldn't have picked a better place to stay. The room was perfect for a our family of 5 with a 2 bedroom 3 bathroom room with a perfect view of the resort and view to the bay. There was also a sofa bed in the living room. The Cabana restaurant was also excellent. Every item that we tried on that menu, including the drinks, were great. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful resort - absolutely spotless and the staff are friendly and always helpful. The food at the restaurant/bar was excellent - service was prompt and the staff were always mindful of our needs. Highly recommend this resort and we will definitely return again.

Beautiful stay at Ocean Club East, we had 2 bedroom with a big oceanfront balcony, kitchen fully loaded,everything super clean in our room, we ate two times at the cabana restaurant for breakfast and lunch and the food was really good, we enjoyed the beautiful beach with the complimentary chairs and umbrella,we always got first row without any problem, the resort is very family friendly with also a lot of different ages couples, we had a wonderful time there

Staff was great. Property well kept. Restaurant was great. Beach was beautiful however there was alot of coral,conch shells.ect.. in the water. Had to be very careful when entering and exciting the water. You could cut yourself or turn an ankle very easily.

The resort is nice, however between Ocean Club Resort East versus West, it is very confusing. When I booked, I was looking at the amenities, the gym, two tennis courts, FOUR restaurants, etc. I booked the resort, not realizing they are two very different resorts and do not have 4 restaurants, rather 2 between them. The shuttle service is a nice feature, but again it is very confusing when you have never been to Turks and Caicos before. We ended up being at East, I wanted to stay at West. Nice hotel, staff was friendly, not sure it was worth the $800.00 per night (including tax).
