We had the best stay! The beachfront condo we stayed in was huge and so clean! Staff were all amazing and helpful. We had some car trouble and they helped us navigate that as well. The beach is beautiful, restaurant was delicious- perfect stay.

Everything we wanted and expected from our Turks and Caicos vacation. Appreciated all the staff, everyone was welcoming and courteous. Loved our room and the kitchen, and the balcony with the ocean view was perfect for a relaxing breakfast or a drink. The food in the beachfront restaurant was pretty good, we tried the breakfast, lunch and dinner there. Also, the shuttle to the Ocean Club West was very convenient to get to the center.

Breakfasts were great, beach was beautiful, the room was clean and very nice. The staff were all amazing from check-in to restaurant staff, pool/beach staff, and security/shuttle service staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, a little further from town at Ocean Club East but so convenient with the hotel shuttle taking you to Ocean Club West!

We enjoyed everything and everyone about this property. The only thing we wouldn't recommend is the Opus Restaurant. They were pushy. We were asked what we would like yo drink and we mentioned water for starters and they kept suggesting wine off the bat. They didn’t mention that tbey were going to give us bottled water at $7.50 for each one. When we asked about sitting outside we wish they would've mentioned the fly attack. The restaurant was also pretty dusty inside and nit well kept outside. Wd would not recommend this restaurant. The bill wasn't worth what we received
