Nice property! Everything you need for a great vacation! The kids pool is the best! Kids will have lots of fun! The adult pool has a great view! We will stay here again... And again... And again!

Great place on the first floor. Quick access to the pool and beach

Great location for a small family. The pull out sofa bed was a little uncomfortable but the bunk beds for kids is great. The refrigerator was not working so we had to put stuff in the freezer only. Loved being on the ground floor and be able to go to the pool and beach quickly. Will be coming back if the fridge gets fixed.

Don't confuse Las Palomas with Las Palmas, two completely different resorts!

I enjoyed the beach of course! The pools and the staff at Las Palmas and the access to different dining and bars. The rooms are not taken care of by the staff at Las Palmas! The room I got had bed bugs have lots of pictures had to sleep on the couch, most of the entertainment equipment was hooked up wrong with only cable, Spanish only. The DVD players were never set-up right. To get any English speaking apps, had to move the Sony DVD to the sitting room so I could watch Netflix. Cable for Master bedroom had a damaged HDMI cable (it was turned at a 45 degree and bent, I left a perfectly good one for the sitting room that I had) other had been stuffed behind the maybe 15" screen in the master bedroom. Turned AC to max cold, which was only 70 degrees and it ran all the time to keep it that cold since it was 95 degrees with 80-90% humidity. Checked filter near the refrigerator and it was filthy! No soft water, no osmosis system so bring your own water and ice, no ice machines at Las Palmas. Backslider door would not lock, and the front door was unlocked when I arrived, needs deadbolt! Could not take a shower, looked like someone has not cleaned it for a while, mold was present on grout. No one even changed sheets while I was there. The owners need to find a new manager if they are paying them $144 for each time the room get's rented out. Oh, bring ant spray! Red and black ants all over the place. Other than that enjoyed Puerto Penasco as usual. But will steer clear of Las Palmas Resort next time, for $150 more for 3 nights will stay at Las Palomas from now on, or anywhere but there again.
