When i came to the property they assigned a room with a lot fails, like A.C unit and electrical outlets and i mde the complaint and they ignore me. Until i call again at 1:30 am and a guy name Cristian transferrd to another room.

Expensive Hotel.

First room the door did not lock. Second room the AC was faulty. Although promised it was never fixed. Shower gel and shampoo was not replensihed nor was the coffee. Breakfast was average. This is the worst hotel since we arrived in Colombia 23 days ago and it was the most expensive. Its in a good residential area so that was a positive.

I did not like my stay in this hotel. The staff service and attitude is horrible, staff acts like they are doing you a favor for letting you stay there. I will only stay here again if they are the cheapest option and will see if they train their staff to be more welcoming and accommodating.

Perfect location. Close to shopping & Dining. And 8-10 taxi ride to Nightlife in Parque Lleras. Staff was great and accommodating. And very knowledgeable with the surrounding areas and where to go for Tours. Definitely returning & staying there again.

The staff at the front desk is not polite, attentive or professional. They charge me for IVA (Tax) that I wasn't supposed to pay and I am having a hard time trying to get my money back. The head of the front desk was always rude and unwilling to help and the Manager block me from her phone because I did not have empaty with her sickness. How could I know that she was sick?. Even do, there wasn't necessary to mention that in the middle of a business situation

Is in a great location. Staff was great. However, the breakfast is not organized, the food was on trays and it wasn’t to keep the food warm because the food was cold. Our room was hot, mind you, it has a wall unit but didn’t go lower than 18, super hot in the halls and lobby. Other than that, hotel was good. The parking was very convenient. Not sure I would stay here again.
