I was not able to rest due to noisy construction next to my room. I complained and they ended charging almost 10000 mx pesos as retaliation. This is the worst experience I ever had. I am filing a complaint with Procuraduría Federal del Consumidor if I don’t get refunded.

Terrible hard push to sell Timeshare. Felt like a hostage situation , multiple calls. Ended up steering clear of the concierge and avoiding the welcome breakfast losing $40 because we didn’t show. Not too bothered about the $40 loss in place of avoided hearse sale tactics. Terrible to be bombarded and forced in to listening to timeshare pitch before even getting to our room or been given the keys . Only escorted to the room once we had listened to the initial Sales pitch. I do not recommend this hotel. Plenty of other spots in the area

Be ready for a time share pitch. While the ocean view is beautiful the property has very few full ocean views, which IMO is 180 degrees, their full ocean view is between 90 and 120 degrees. Staff is all very friendly.
