I had a few hiccups with my stay but you get what you pay for I guess. I have my DND sign on the door and the hotel staff insistent on waking me up every morning by banging on my door insesently for me to tell them no service.

This hotel is located in the middle of everything. Great location to step out into high dense area. If you don’t like crowds don’t stay here. I knew before and it’s what I wanted. Great vibe. Room was quiet bed was very hard, which I like. Some English channels on small tv was cool with me. Had a security guard at night in the lobby and a lot of police in the area locked and loaded. Great one night stay. Rooftop pool with view of the park which setting up for a big music event this weekend. Go problem: water went out the day I left in the whole area. It was planned tho some biz’s didnt know before hand

I had no hot water in the shower. Plenty in the bathroom sink, but none in the shower. They said to let it run for 5 minutes and it would heat up. I let it run for 20 minutes and it never goth more than luke warm. They wouldn't do anything about it. Also there was a step up to the bathroom. I was afraid of stumbling over it in the middle of the night.

Extremely Noisy and Hidden Charges

They fail to disclose that they charge 400 pesos per night for any guests not listed at the time of checkin. Also it was extremely noisy neighborhood. Loud blaring music from across the street from 7am to 11pm each of the 3 days I was there. I will never stay at this property again.

The first room they put me in was right above a bar that played loud music ALL night- I did not sleep. I then asked to move to another room for the remainder of my trip, which was quieter, but sometimes had hot water and sometimes only cold. It is a very old hotel, they keep it clean, but essentially, you get what you pay for.
