The property is like Paradise! The staff are friendly..lots of entertainment is what I like too. There's 2 things that I don't like...the washroom exhaust system is not working makes the washroom stinks and lastly the water gets very slow to go down when you're taking a shower.

Our stay at The Clines was unfortunately a very disappointing experience. From the moment we arrived, there were multiple issues that seriously affected our comfort and overall impression of the place. First, the condition of the room was poor. The bathroom door was barely hanging on, and the shower flooded shortly after we checked in. When we reported the issue, there was no clear communication from the staff about when or how it would be resolved—and in the end, it wasn’t. We were left to deal with a flooded bathroom for the remainder of our stay. Cleanliness was another major concern. The room felt dirty from the start, and our clothes ended up getting dirty just from being in the space. It was clear that the room had not been properly cleaned or maintained. On top of all that, the staff at reception were extremely unhelpful and unfriendly. When we brought up the issues, we were met with rudeness rather than any willingness to resolve the situation or offer alternatives. Their attitude made an already bad situation feel worse. We expected a basic level of hospitality and care, but unfortunately, The Clines fell far short in every area. We would not recommend staying here.

Let me start with saying I love this place but it needs a little more attention in the rooms and shower area and towels are old they look brown not white also pool needs a little more take care . Other than that SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY GREAT.

Woke up in the middle of the night covered in sweat to a broken AC. Room was 28C (82F). Hotel would not move me to a different room and instead had their maintenance staff work on the room to fix the AC at 2:30 am. Finally had a working AC at 4 am. Got a call at 7 am after an awful night's sleep to ask for permission to continue working on the room. Told them to come after I left and to please let me sleep. Got another call at 9:30 am from the general manager of the hotel to apologize. Just begged them to let me sleep. Facilities are old and tired. Definitely in need of a touch of paint or something. Food is decent but nothing was great.

I checked in at 3. The room we got had a leakage. I went and complained and I got a new room at 6pm. They made me and my family with an infant wait for 3 hours. Very bad front desk people. They don’t provide extra water bottles..

Our room was smelling like sewer. We told the front desk staff and nothing was done. Had to ask again. They changed our room but we had to sit in the lobby for 3 hours for a new room. The food choices are limited. The buffet has same item for bfast and lunch everyday.
