We are speechless. Everything was incredible from the moment we arrived. The customer service team, entertainers, restaurant staff, pool service, cleaning staff, and everyone at the resort in general were excellent. Thank you so much, because nothing compares to the bad reviews people give. I must say that our entire stay and experience at the resort was wonderful. It exceeded our expectations.

Front Desk Staff, except for Angelica were terrible! 45mins to check in and same to check out. Slow, Annoyed, Hate their job facial expressions, etc I waited 20mins when no one else was at the front desk to exchange money, and they still never assisted. I ended up having to ask the bellman. The front desk staff and their process needs to be improved drastically! It's a disgrace to have people's first impression be something underwhelming and frustrating!

We had a bad experience ath the check in with Yordanys, not a kind guy, he did not give us amy information about the resrt at all. We waited about 30 minutes to be pickup from our room to be transported to the lobby, and then at the lobby we spent about 45 minutes to be served due to the bad organization, they did not enforces the lines for check in and check out and people just cut in wherever they wanted. Wilson, the guy with the cart that transports people from the beach to Nick Place, was very kind. And a security guy on the buldimg #2 that I don't remenber his name was very kind and gave us all the information abput the resort, and some bartenders like Juan, Miguel, Johan, Jose, Luis were friendly too.

The resort offered enjoyable amenities such as the beach, infinity pool, and outdoor family spaces. The kids slime smoothie was a hit! Dining options in the evenings were tasteful and had quality food options, though they lacked Nickelodeon-themed elements, which disappointed my kids. Although one restaurant was Garfield-themed, there were no character interactions for this character, making the theme feel incomplete. Paid upgrades like the pajama breakfast and Ninja Turtles pizza dinner were not worth the cost. The initial room assignment had major issues, including broken air conditioning, cockroaches, and maintenance problems such as a leaking shower. After multiple unresolved service requests, a room change was granted. The second room was more acceptable, with only minor issues. A significant concern throughout the stay was the language barrier. Many staff members did not speak conversational English, making communication difficult at check-in, concierge services, kids club, and housekeeping. Spanish-speaking guests appeared to receive more seamless service, while English-speaking guests often had to wait for a single staff member who could assist them. Overall, the resort did not meet expectations. The nightly entertainment was underwhelming, and the price did not align with the value or quality of the experience. Due to these issues, I cannot recommend this resort.

The waterpark and food was fantastic. The rooms weren’t great. Lumpy pillows and no control over the thermostat so we were either too cold or too warm. The resort was really tailored to kids and they had an awesome time.

I had one of the worst experiences at this resort. We reserved an ocean view room through Expedia, but when we arrived, we were assigned a garden view suite. After spending a couple of hours dealing with them, I finally got the ocean view suite that I had paid for. However, once I moved into the new room with the ocean view, issues emerged. I was unable to close the back door, and I struggled to sleep at night because the room couldn't maintain a comfortable temperature. Housekeeping was supposed to clean the room daily and restock the mini fridge, but that did not happen; we had to request room cleaning, and they only arrived around 4 or 5 PM to clean, but the mini fridge was never restocked. We called several times for drinks, but no one came. The service was awful; they pressured us into buying a character breakfast that cost $70 for adults and $50 for children, and after that meal, they attempted to sell us a timeshare. Overall, the resort and its amenities are wonderful, but the food and service are lacking. They have a swimming pool with an ocean view, which is incredible. There is one park with a lazy river and children's waterslides, and another park that features a kids' swimming pool and adult slides. We had a lot of fun there.

I booked a 7-day vacation from Toronto to Nickelodeon Punta Cana through Expedia to celebrate my son’s 8th birthday. Unfortunately, the entire experience was horrible and felt like a nightmare. From the first day, the room had a strong moldy smell and very poor hygiene. The restaurants and public areas were also extremely dirty. On the second night, my son became sick and threw up. I reported this to the hotel, but I received no support or concern from the staff. The air conditioning in our original room was not working, there were bugs everywhere, and the smell was unbearable. I requested a room change and was moved to an ocean-view room, which was slightly better, but hygiene was still poor and many things around the resort were broken or poorly maintained. The food quality was extremely disappointing — I would rate it 1/10. Nothing tasted fresh. On the fourth day, I even found a worm in the buffet food and reported it to the resort, but again received no response. Restaurant food was even worse than the buffet. Most meals were cold hamburgers and fries, which felt unsafe to eat. The hotel beds were itchy, making it very hard to sleep. Housekeeping did not clean our room until very late in the evening. The beach was completely covered with heavy seaweed, so my son could not play in the sand at all. We booked a day trip outside the resort, which was the only enjoyable part of our vacation and a big relief from the resort itself. The water park was boring, and the shows

No one ever answers always a busy no ring Post talking to customer service and informing them of all our complaints they said someone would be up to fix things and face clothes. around 11am after breakfast. Yet we never got them. Until I had to call again around 4pm and then was only given 3. El hotel es bonito pero no cumple con las expectativas, llegue luego a recepción y se tardan demasiado para el check in, punto a favor que se dan almuerzo, despues nuevamente se tiene que hacer cola solo para que den la llave, me tenian que poner una cama adicional porque pague por ella, y jamas la llevaron, en la habitación habia calor, el aire no enfriba, lo reporte y no lo arreglron, toda foto con personaje tiene costo adicional,cosa que no explican. En comida excelente supero expectativas
