This was our first all-inclusive experience and it was a great one. The resort had so much stuff to do and keep us occupied for full 3 days. Everything from the room with access to private pool, the infinity pool, beach and kids water park were clean and enjoyable. The staff was really great and always there to help us with anything we wanted. We did not explored any restaurants requiring reservations but the buffet options were good enough to keep us full for all the meals.

I spent 4 days at the nickelodeon resort with my kids and was not very impressed. The staff was so rude and unhelpful, everytime I would ask for help it would be given so arrogantly. I would not recommend, especially if you're traveling with a child who is disabled. The staff at the explorers table didn't want me taking food outside the restaurant to feed my child and instead the I think manager decided to give a show and tell me its not allowed and give me a hard time. never again coming here.

This is my second visit, all I can say is the experience is still worth it, especially if you're travelling with kids. I wasn't able to book for the first night dinner at one of the restaurants and had to get it from the main restaurant (buffet-style). The food wasn't bad, but it wasn't worth it compared to the options they serve at the other restaurants. I'd love to see more food options during lunch and dinner times. Overall, it's still a go for anyone looking to have a good time with family.

My sir went out at night and o had to call maintenance at least three times to fix the toilet I booked the room for 4 people and was never given enough towels or rags daily. The reservations to fine were always booked so we ate the Tables place morning and night. We ended up getting reservations at wokwok the last day there just would recommend for 4500 I could have stayed in a wayyyyyyy better resort in punta

I was so excited to take my children to this property but it was subpar at best. The food was terrible. The room was dirty, the air conditioning needed repaired. The staff was rude and made promises and did not keep their word. I booked for July 15-19 and we unfortunately missed the flight down because we were behind an accident. We checked in the next day. Before we left I reached out to Expedia asking to use the credit from day one for an additional day. When we checked in the check out date reflected an extension. On the 19th we went to the front desk because they told us we were suppose to check out. I spoke to Jeri and Daniel the manager and they advised that I had to pay an additional day. We paid the 513. Daniel and Jeri advised that they couldn’t move the credit because it takes 30 days to be paid from Expedia but when I get home I can ask for a refund on the first day since I didn’t use it and they will give the money back. Since then the hotel is sending me back to Expedia and will not reply to Expedia so my refund was denied. Never again! The property needs to be updated. Food not at right temperature(yogurt warm) undercooked meat.

Property didn’t feel like a kids (Nickelodeon resort ) no kids music was playing , making reservations for the restaurant was the WORST!! I have an artistic child I asked to please to take rice for my kid to the room they denied me and room service don’t have any rice. The only thing nice was the characters in the resort, because the breakfast was nasty. They have the same breakfast in the buffet we regularly eat. I thought this resort was good with kids that have autism, but I didn’t see that at all! I’m very disappointed. I waited 30 mins at check out to get a ride back to the FD.

El lugar en sí es muy hermoso pero lamentablemente los cuartos están un poco deteriorados en ciertas áreas al igual que las piscinas, tienen sus partes deterioradas. Las personas del personal no son tan amables y la comida sinceramente esperé fuera de mejor calidad. Solo nos gustó un restaurante que se llama SpaceWalker , donde la comida estuvo increíble. Las actividades para los niños no son wow pero tratan de hacer lo mejor.

The food is decent, the resort is not theme is basically white building with very little characters. The only theme is the cafeteria, the rooms are plain and no SpongeBob but at the entrance. The water park is pretty small with four slides and a little lazy river. Save your money as it is not appreciated it here, the staff is so rude specially if your Mexican we felt so disrespected we will not return nor recommend to anyone.

All inclusive with 24 hour room service was fabulous! An already stocked fridge in the room! A concierge service that was remarkable! Countless activities that had my 8 year old tired and in bed by 8pm: water park, swim up pool, and the beach! Let me not forget the hospitable staff at the themed restaurants....Pajama Jam with Patrick and SpongeBob to name two....Getting slimed... My family made some core memories on this trip!

It was definitely geared for the kids, but if you have a little kids, please bring a stroller because you cannot always get a golf cart and if you are all the way by the beach, that is a lot of walking to restaurants and water parks. We had a nice swim up suite and I totally recommended. It was nice because the waterpark closed at 5 PM and the pool is closed at 7 PM. Bring snacks for your kids and socks for indoor play area. Do not forget the sunscreen. I brought 2 bottles and finished one easy with a family of 3 and aloe with you get burned. Our room was clean but condition of the room things could have been repaired. We had 2 rooms and one of the rooms was nice and cool stayed at 19 degrees Celsius and our other room. We could not get it to go down. It stayed at roughly 25°C. I told staff but it never was fixed. Food wasn’t the best for kids in my opinion but it was ok. Download the app for the hotel to see daily activities and when you get there scan QR code so you can make dinner reservations from 9 AM to 3 PM every day. K
