Room was Okay, staff was great, specially we had gone there not during the peak season. We had gone there on first week of December. We were there to celebrate our anniversary, we received a champagne bottle which was complementary and made it extra special. However this place is perfect for 2-3 days stay.

Resort was nice and clean. I hate that house keeping came at different times. I like that there was always characters walking around. Food was good it was annoying you needed reservations for all the other restaurants. Room service food was nasty. Drinks were good. Water park was nice. Slime time show was nice. We went for my two year old son’s birthday they didn’t decorate the room till the next day. Character breakfast was nice the food was very good there. It was annoying how they bothered you about a time share thing. Not many of the spoke English.other then that everything was nice the face painting the bouncy house and I like how they have activities through the resort and I like how big the resort is

The hotel is clean and well maintained. However with many flaws. Firstly, most of the staff do not understand a word of english and are zero friendly. Secondly, the food at the buffet lacked variety and flavour. Thirdly, the menu’s of the restaurants are extremly more limited then what they display. Fourthtly, cleaning of the room was at either. 8 am or 5 pm or nothing at all. Finally, a couple of days the hotel didnt have towels at certain parts of the day which is unacceptable considering the hotel was not at even 50% capacity. Overall, the hotel is beautiful but definitely needs to get better managed because you can tell they have many flaws.

The personal concierge service was absolutely horrible. Armando didn't make any of the reservations I requested. The resort has golf cart service to get you around the resort. One day it was almost an hour until a gofl cart showed up to get us to dinner. There waterpark main pool area what shutdown for hours due to kids poop in the pool

First review ever here. I have mixed feelings about this stay. The saying "get a reputation and you can sleep easy" applies very well here. Specially with staff, when the hotel was crowded, service wasn't good. Saff was grumpy, annoyed and too busy. Not sure if this is on them or management though. Last couple of days were a lot better because a lot of people left, so the hotel was half full. There were some staff who did an amazing job and others very poor. This is why I don't want to generalize. This hotel SHOULD NOT forget that they are in the business of serving people. At times it felt we were begging for something, not that we paid for a service. I consider myself to be a very easy going person. For the price of this hotel, service could be better.

The theme was greatly geared towards families with kids. The food was outstanding. The "all inclusive" allowed for a real disconnect and enjoyment, por peace of mind.

The room was excellent but we had call daly to the front desk to have our room cleaned and fridge restocked. Was not impressed with the theatre we were told that there was entertainment every night and there was not . There was rarely entertainment at the poolside as well . The allacart restaurants gave very small portions and were not well flavoured or cooked. The buffet was good but not a big selection. No shuttle service was provided either way so it was another added expense and we had to wait longer than expected to get a taxi although we prearranged it as well as check out was disorganized. Staff was very friendly and did their jobs well . We would not recommend or return there .

The place was clean.the food was limited and nasty. Was no dominican culture at all. It took them forever to bring you juice and folks and spoons. You basically had to beg. Everything cost extra. If you want to see the characters its extra. You can catch certain ones walking around but for the popular ones are extra.

Food quality and options needs to be addressed. A lot of food items were not available. Staff were amazing and made the trip difference. Our butler Leo fantastic. Cannot say enough good things about him. Concierge Jose was the best. Life gaurd was beyond exceptional. Rooms can use some updating. Our first room the AC kept kicking out. We then made the decision to upgrade rooms and it made the difference.

This was probably the worst vacation experience my family and I have ever taken. The service at the Nickelodeon resort is terrible, most of the staff there are surly at best. The only ones we have any good experience with are the housekeeping and room service staff. Hygiene seems like an afterthought at this resort, my whole family got food poisoning half way through the trip and my 2 year old toddler came home with hand, foot and mouth disease. Please stay far, far away from this place.
