Ok, the overall stay was great, but there were a couple bumps in the road. The staff was very nice and welcoming. I really appreciated that and were patient with me considering I don't speak Spanish. The room was ok, for what I paid. Now I will mention I appreciated the breakfast every morning (its the same everyday). Stray cats were everywhere, lol but were cool. The room was not that big, and a bit outdated. I didn't have any real issues until I found out the water does not get hot, at all. That hurt, but I made due. Now there was also a random sewage like smell that came and went in the bathroom from time to time (I was there a week). I was glad they had AC, but I couldn't make the room warm, wasn't sure why there was no heat, but I guess because of the location, but I get cold easily. Would I stay here again? No, but its not really due to anything other than the hot water. Other than that, its a great place for the price. So don't be expecting the Ritz-Carlton experience, but this is a great place and the location is good as well. Lots of places to eat on the strip and the people were very nice to me and made me feel seen and safe. I was walking all around the city, at weird times, and I never felt threatened, just enjoyed the city. I got a free buggy ride to the beach, as well as a shot glass gift from a seller. But the people that work there made it feel better!

It was last minute where our flight was cancelled staff was friendly and tried. No English, but we made it work, restaurant was open late, so we got a great meal!!

No was rags in the room or the building for that matter. Front desk lady wasn't to pleasant either. Sheets on the bed were dingy looking. We had a safe in our room but it wasn't safe. You could just pick it up and walk out with.

Cleanliness could have been better. When we arrived, the room didn’t seem fully cleaned — the bed sheets and towels had stains, and we had to ask a few times before they were changed and the room was properly taken care of. The soap dispensers were also empty for a full day and weren’t refilled right away despite repeated requests. Communication with staff was sometimes difficult, as only a few understand basic English. We tried to communicate in Spanish when possible, but it often felt hard to get simple requests addressed. We were never able to receive the advertised 20% food and restaurant discount, even after asking several times. The front desk wasn't that helpful or friendly. When we desperately needed cash for one of the restaurants in the hotel plaza, we were directed to locations that were either far away or didn’t accept Visa, which was inconvenient. The amenities were mixed. There was no place to dry your clothes. The pool itself was nice, though it didn’t seem to be cleaned very often. Breakfast was okay but not especially fresh; however, one breakfast staff member was genuinely kind and helpful. The person handling transportation was also not particularly friendly or helpful. On the plus side, the price was reasonable, the hotel plaza building was gorgeous, and the location was decent — not much to see nearby, but not too far from the old city centre or beach. That said, the area felt a bit uncomfortable to walk around, especially late at night.

The staff was very supportive, but the first room we were given, felt like a dungeon, one small window, old furniture and the lock was not working. Our second room, was slightly better, but when it started raining, the ceiling was leaking in three different spot. Two spots were right on the bed and the third one was at the end of the bed! We will not go back.

We arrived very late but had notified the hotel. Very difficult trying to get them to answer. The hotel offer said 24 hour airport shuttle included. It was not true. Had to pay $40 to the hotel. Once we arrived it took over 45 minutes for them to get the door to our room open. Honestly, I want my money back.
