It was simple to check-in but it was very noisy in teh foyer and it was difficult to hear reception as they told me about the hotel.
My room was an 'interior' room which meant that it was in the inner atrium side, and the room was really dark.
I sometimes wish that hotels had a main large light in the room, because the smaller side lights just aren't enough.
Also there was no light in the room entrance way, it was really dark.
The room was a good size and came with all that was needed, including a fridge, tea and coffee and kettle.
The bathroom was a good size with bath and separate shower. The downside to the bathroom was that it had an opaque glass door... whoever thought that was a good idea was crazy! Maybe they thought it would light up the dark entrance way (it didn't).
My room was quite dusty too, and the phone was covered in dust. The mirror in the bathroom was clean but the one in the dark entrance way wasn't.
Overall it was lack-lustre and it's a shame really as the location is great, central for great bus and tube routes.
I would probably stay here again but ask for an 'outer' room, one where I could experience natual light and not be looking at the wall of the atrium/
