Good location, ugly rooms and bad food

This hotel was in a good location and felt safe, that’s all I can recommend. The room smelled like an ashtray, thwy moved us and that room had electrical issues.the front desk manager was insulting and the food was terrible. The pool was not worth the visit. I would not stay here again.

I loved the layout of the property and the convenience of the location. The food at the hotel was actually really good. However, there was always trash left outside our room by housekeeping. There was probably one time we came out and there wasn’t something outside of our room.

Overall, a great hotel experience! The room could have been a bit cleaner, and unfortunately, the WhatsApp service didn’t work as expected. The breakfast was tasty but leaned more towards local options rather than international cuisine. However, the view was absolutely stunning—directly overlooking Big Ben. Additionally, the hotel’s location was incredibly convenient, with bus stops and underground stations just a short walk away. Definitely a place I’d recommend!

Check in was a disaster as they did not have my booking which led to a wait of around 20 mins whilst it got sorted and led to a poor experience. Eventually check in allocated me a room which was not the one I had reserved and paid for leading to some different features within the room. I have stayed here before so hopefully a one off.

Lovely stay. Room was just what we needed and perfectly located. Room.service was great We wanted to use the spa, but wernt told we couldnt as we had checked out but they gave us an extra hour and we were able to use the favilities.

Ok stay in London had better.

Previously stayed at the park plaza riverside which we thought was a lot better. The window in the room offers no light unless you upgrade to a room with a view. Wouldn’t mind but the lighting in the room is terrible. Breakfast was ok but was not a lot of choice and wished we had gone out afterwards. I wouldn’t book this hotel again.

The hotel is great. The location is unbeatable. 5 min walk to Big Ben. They upgraded our room to BigBen view room and it was amazing. The breakfast with BigBen view was the best. The only thing is coffee sucks in this hotel))) The gym and pool are also great.
