Front desk staff is not friendly, doesn't smile or welcome you properly or at all really. Might as well have robots or AI checking people in. The concierge staff is friendly, and the housekeeping staff is quite pleasant. Some of the things that are terrible are the little pillows on the king size bed. They're like children's pillows. The duvet cover is too large for the duvet so it's awkward when sleeping, as it doesn't really cover the bed properly. Restaurants in-house are convenient but expensive. We felt safe here and this isn't our first time staying here. There was no toilet tissue in our bathroom one day. The little things are important. To be honest, it hasn't gotten any better and if anything, some issues have arisen that weren't a problem the last time we stayed at the Park Plaza Westminster. I think the next time we vacation in London it will be at a different hotel. We were satisfied with the hotel last time, but unfortunately some things have deteriorated.

Staff did a fantastic job and very friendly and welcoming but room was very poor and dirty. Room wasn't cleaned properly at all. We found shopping bag and a wine bottle cork from previous guests. Fingerprints and smudge marks all over the shiny closet doors which was even grosser. Also shower was not well pictured online and it's very tiny in person. That was deceiving. Super small shower, tight bathroom with poor ventilation without proper cleaning. Also, only one outlet in entire room could take my European outlet converter so had to run extension cord over other bed to plug in cpap machine. So if you use a cpap, might be a small inconvenience. Lobby and dining areas were beautiful. Staff did a fantastic job but for around 650 dollars per night, I had higher expectations and atleast the basics of a clean room. Booked this for location to all the tourists attractions and wanted a 5 star luxury experience and unfortunately the room condition, cleanliness, functionality and tiny stall shower ruined it.

Hotel is absolutely beautiful, walking distance from so many places. I would recomend. Pool is great. You could use sauna. Everybody in the hotel is very friendly and helpful. I would not recomend sushi reastaurant in the hotel...service was good but sushi were just ok.

I loved the location—close access to London Eye and Shrek Experience attractions. The hotel is also very close to the Waterloo London Underground station. The room was very clean and the room size was brilliant; however, the electrical outlets were not located on both sides of the bedroom or sofa bed which was really inconvenient for device charging at night. I also did not like that we needed to schedule time in the pool. My family loves to swim, so this was very disappointing. Finally, I did not like that there were just so many people at this hotel that it was overwhelming at times. I think I would much prefer a smaller, more boutique style hotel.
