I am very unsatisfied with the hotel check in process, we are booked for just 1 night and have been told the spa/pool facilities are unavailable until 1.30 pm tomorrow afternoon as people have pre-booked all the available slots even though I was told we could just use the facilities when we are checked im and we were never told we need to pre book anything. we have checked into our room to find the seating area made up into a sofa bed even though there is only 2 us staying here so we had to request it be put back into a seating area. when the person came in to change it he rolled his eyes when I said we would like it changed back and have a seating area and laughed and said " can just take it all off". I dont feel it right for me to have to come to a hotel and have to take bedding off and put away a sofa bed away myself that was not requested for. it took us nearly 30 mins to check in as the desk person closed their desk twice when in the queue due to " iv finished me shift" and it seemed very unorganised. this has to be one of the worst hotel experiences we have had in sure a long time and feel we have spent alot of money JUST to come away and sleep in a different bedroom as we can not use any facilities the hotel has to offer. I would like my complaint looked at and addressed as I will be taking this up with hotels.com and writing a review.
