Okay so I had to switch rooms bc carpet was dirty. Overall I would give it 3 stars bc it was a little rundown. I did move to suite with balcony which was better. Had options for food. Safety was good. Just make sure to pick the right room. Some have tile only which lends itself to be cleaner.

Perfect for families

It’s ideal for families. We had a studio king room- the sofa bed is separated by the bathroom and has its own tv so ideal for our 6 year old. A travel cot was provided for our baby, the room also has a small kitchenette with fridge (perfect size for baby bottles), microwave to sterilise and seperate sink/ kettle. The hotel also has a great pool, black out blinds- a shower & bath and the King sized bed is so comfortable!

We had a wonderful stay at the Park Plaza for my birthday . The staff were so helpful, and super friendly, nothing was too much trouble. We also accessed the Executive lounge which is a gem, with fabulous views of Big Ben. Thankyou for a lovely weekend

We spent our honeymoon at this hotel, twelve years ago. We were shocked by the conditions when we returned in September 2025. The cleanliness of the bathroom was particularly sub-standard—the shower was full of mineral deposits and possibly mold; the sink was stopped up and never fixed; there were no washcloths, and the general condition was average to poor given the price of the room. I’m sorry to say, I would no longer recommend this property. Hopefully management will do a better job in terms of upkeep and not just accept this property as an overpriced cattlecar of tourists.
