Great location being walking distance from several popular sites. The room was spacious and had amenities such as a refrigerator, microwave, utensils, ironing board, and space heater. The heating was a little difficult to regulate. At one point we woke up in the middle of the night and the room was 80°F. The staff were very responsive and answered any question we had quickly. Unfortunately, we did forget some belongings in the room and when we messaged them about it, they were not able to locate them.

Parking was the biggest struggle for us as the garage from the web description wasn’t available. We tried street parking on streets with no restrictions posted and still received a larking ticket. The hote itself is wonderful and the staff was amazing. They helped us through some issues we had with access, parking, and others. We will stay here on our next trip back for sure.

We had an amazing stay at Maison Kent. The rooms are absolutely beautiful and extremely clean. The location is very walkable to all of the areas we wanted to visit. Even though there was no front desk, communication via text/call was excellent. Always prompt and helpful- we never had a problem reaching someone. Thank you for a wonderful experience! We can't wait to come stay again.

The room was spotless, La Maison Kent is very well located, a block from Le Château Frontenac and the old city can be visited by walking. The underground parking is located right a cross the street and there is 2 Flow car chargers. This is the ideal spot to be if you want to spend some time in the Old Quebec City.

Was one of the nicest properties I've ever stayed in. Elevator, free laundry, 3 doors down from the Frontenac, beautiful furnishings, king size bed very comfortable, kitchenette, so very clean, I can go on and on. Not to mention it was the best price I could find in the area. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these UNESCO Heritage hotel to anyone.

Hotel was amazing, accommodating, easy communication, perfect central location. Cannot get any better. Only problem was the no elevator, but we are young and hubby did a great job! The area is Old Quebec, properties are old. This place is stellar. Definitely would recommend.

The hotel was the best part of the trip. It was like a high end ski chalet - huge living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, 2.5 baths. Had to park in a parking garage next door and at City Hall, but that worked out just fine. Had a great time.
