Found it easier and more convenient to use valet service for in and out privileges. Staff very friendly and rooms were clean and very nice. Would go back again, loved old QC, lots of spots to shop and eat around hotel area.

Restaurant was not up to standard but the room was wonderful. Valet parking expensive considering at that location you rarely need the in/out privileges as you walk virtually everywhere

Amenities are awesome. Bathroom is large and very nicely renovated with heated floor. Fully equipped kitchen made it very convenient for a family of 4. A lot of space in the room. Personal touches like the yoga mat in the room, board games, story printing in the lobby, free water every day, duckie toy gift for my little one made our stay very special.

nice eclectic decor. excellent service

well located in the old-quebec area. the decor is ecletic but very nice. it does not look like your standard Holiday Inn. breakfast at the "Bijou" restaurant is a buffet, but in higher style of options.
