The room was spotless and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The location is perfect for all Queenstown has to offer.

Clean room, staff friendly and helpful, good breakfast

Spacious room, good view

A high quality quiet modern hotel within walking distance of the busy, noisy centre. Views from the bar/restaurant overlooking the lake are breathtaking. The bedroom was impeccably clean and comfortable. The best of all, however, are the staff who couldn’t help enough (thank you again Julia for working so hard to sort out our booking platform problem). We travel extensively and for us to recommend a hotel so highly is an exception.

Staff was exceptional. Room very clean. Central location but FYI: there are steep hills to climb back to the hotel from Queenstown village if you have mobility issues.

Staff were very courteous and the room was clean and comfy.
