Very helpful staff who let us check in a bit earlier. Spotlessly clean. Very spacious. Good location that allowed us to walk into the town centre - which is great because parking is impossible in Queenstown.

Was ok. Disappointed that the hot tub wasn’t working and hadn’t been for a long time. Would have been good to have been notified prior as we were looking forward to it and one of the main reasons we chose this accommodation.

This was a very nice place to stay! There were plenty of extra towels, blankets, and pillows. There was a full-sized kitchen stocked with cooking ware. The best part was the stunning view! I would definitely recommend this property!

6A had a very nice view. The room was spacious and the kitchen was excellent. The only downside was inconvenient parking, but I got the impression that parking is just always difficult in Queenstown. We found this place to be a great value and would highly recommend.

Checked in mid afternoon...was pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom with the 3 of us that was nice...Manager is Canadian ( as I am )….small world...washer,dryer, patio with BBQ...good views...and great location...walk downtown to waterfront in less than 10 minutes...walk to Gondola, AJ Hackett office and many, many restaurants and grocery stores in short order as well....easy to drive to...and good parking...
