Basic, but clean and well run hotel.

Hotel is basic but fine for a 1 night stay on a business trip. Room was clean, and just about big enough. Staff friendly and efficient. Reasonable buffet breakfast included. My only criticism is that there is no kettle or coffee machine in the room.

Worst Hotel in Quick-born..!

I never seen in my life the worst hotel in my life! The management knows no other choice for the business people who visit quikborn will stay at this hotel. No facilities and breakfast is bit better for 5 Euro/

Comfortable, clean room, convenient bar with great beer, EXCELLENT breakfast - loved the 3 honeys - and very reasonably priced.

A good Motel

Great front desk staff, old design room with very old towels, poor Wifi, but it was clean and decent. Nice breakfast with no vegetables at all. The hotel was full with groups so the breakfast room was over crowded. The hotel is in a driving distance to Hamburg city center (about 20 minutes)

Comfortable hotel in convenient location just off trunk road. Friendly, efficient staff. Excellent breakfast. Ideal for an overnight stop when travelling. McDonalds across car park and good restaurants close by.

One night stop over. On our way to Denmark. Hotel very easy to find, very well run and clean. We will be staying again on our return trip.

Poor restaurant

Only real concern was that despite the adjoining restaurant had an al a carte menu, when we asked for the menu, we were told by the un- uniformed waitress that it there was only a buffet. We therefore found a different restaurant

it was no satisfactory . the internet was not working and breakfast was not only poor but most of the things were either missing daily or were put while we were eating normally at 9 am reception staff was very cooperative but location of the hotel is awful and metro station was accessible only by a bus - going Hamburg mess one had to use 3 transportation. I will not suggest for business people this hotel
