Beautiful Raleigh Townhouse for up to 6 month rental or shorter stays

We will be spending approximately 6 months in Poland (mid June to Dec 31) and are making our beautiful townhouse in central Raleigh available for rental.

Note: For longer stays, price is $1,850 / month. Guests with no pets or children preferred.

Rooms include: 2 bedroom, 1 office, 2.5 bath, living room, dining room, kitchen, patio

Fully furnished, washer/dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, etc.

Central heating/air

Location: Near the corner of Falls of Neuse Rd and Spring Forest Rd. (centrally located, about 10-15 minutes drive from downtown center). A very quiet and charming neighborhood with kind neighbors and good for walks. Lots of greenery.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private patio. Wireless internet access (surcharge) keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a desk and a microwave.
