The receptionist/front desk agent should be welcoming and accommodating (evening) However, the receptionist/front desk agent in the morning was great. However, the experience was good otherwise. Place is quiet and the room is clean.

Ray at the front desk is the best!

Ray, who checked us in, was the best part of our stay. He is so friendly and welcoming. The room was fine for us. The one negative was that we booked the hotel based on needing a shuttle from the airport, and the site promoted the free shuttle in several places but failed to mention that it ended at midnight, and our flight landed at that time.
