We checked in around 7:00 p.m. and we're given three options for rooms. We ended up with the first floor just off the lobby. Front desk lady failed to mention that there was some crazy event happening in the lobby area that night and we had screaming children and adults going up and down the hallways all night all the way through till 11:00 p.m.. it then continued the next morning starting at 6:30 a.m.. when we arrived I had told the lady we were there just to sleep as we had just gotten off 11 hours of flights and needed rest. Had she told us that there was an event happening in the lobby on the first floor I would have requested a room in one of the other levels. We did go up to the front desk and complain and ask if we could be moved and at that point she told us that all the rooms were full and there was no way to move. On top of that, people upstairs were seemingly doing construction in the room or at least moving furniture around most of the night. Needless to say, I will never be staying at this location again.

The water in shower, doesn't have alot of power. Tub was plugged! Room was clean. Young lady in check in was ver nice. I think if they update the bathroom, it would be so much nicer. Its ok for one night.

The staff were very competent and helpful. The airport shuttle wasn't labelled at all, so we wound up waiting a relatively long time possibly because we missed it the first time they came. The facilities are clean and adequate, but a bit overdue for remodeling.

There were cockroaches in the room. I could not stay there i have tried 2 times to contact hotels.com to get a refund. The automated response said they are having problems. I will call back. I want a refund and i will give this hotel a bad review and hotels.com if i dont get a refund
