Upon checking in there was an issue with my room reservation that was the hotel’s fault and without hesitation Ms. Christa did a fantastic job making sure my family and I had proper accommodations. She was very pleasant and helpful. Ms. Cassandra was present when I checked in and everyday she went out of her way to make sure the kids and I had everything we needed. I don’t know the gentleman’s name that out thr breakfast out but the food was delicious and he was so friendly. He made sure all the potions were refilled in a timely manner. Lastly, Mr. Timothy was very professional and was able to provide blankets for the cot when there weren’t any provided when it was brought. I joked with him that he must libe there because he was always there in the evening when we needed anything and in the morning when we woke up. These staff members turned what could of been a disaster for my family, very pleasant stay and visit to N.C.

The building is old and needs a few repairs. I woke up a few times from other people banging around at night. But the staff was amazing! From check in to check out, staff was amazing, helpful and informative!!

This was the only property that did not have functioning tap pay. Although staff was nice, management needs to ensure they have working card terminals. We had no issues using Apple Pay at multiple other holiday inn properties on our roadtrip except for this one. Housekeeping only dropped off new towels once, we stayed three nights. Nothing else was cleaned.. room key stopped working on night two so we had to get a new one.

The space was quite roomy, although the furniture arrangement lacked coordination, and there was a noticeable difference in the heights of the two beds. One observation I had during check-in was the apparent difference in treatment between guests who booked directly and those who used third-party services like Expedia
