The hotel carpet was unsafe to walk on because it was all bunched up in the halls! Some one things got stolen from there room while they were out! He was very upset which made me uneasy.

The staff day or night was awesome to deal with. The room was nice and plenty of space. Parking was lit well and seem to be easy access with two Veteran parking spots, really appreciated that.

Great stay. Clean, quiet, and fantastic for the price. This will be our go-to spot when we come to the RDU area. One small quibble, breakfast ended at 9:00, a bit early. Just a small complaint, everything else was fantastic.

I paid for my 2 day stay ahead of time and arrived at 1am to find that my reservation no longer existed. In the 4 years of traveling to Chapel Hill from NY, I have never had this happen. We had to find another hotel in the middle of the night. I asked about the second day and they said my room did not exist. I am so upset and disappointed. And now this survey is asking about my stay!!! Wow
