Recreador de 10 a 12 que nao cumpriu a recreacao

A recreacao de 10 a 12 anos de idade precisa ser revista, na terca- feira de carnaval, o recreador, no horario da recreacao, que era daa 30 as 22:30, levou as criancas para jantar na pizzaria, apesar de todas dizerem que tinham jantado e queriam brincar…. Passaram 1 hora na fila de eapera do restaurante e depois so tiveram 30 min pra brincar. Ja a recreacao de 7 a 8 anos esta de parabens! Recreadores muito simpaticos, fazendo com que as criancas quisessem ficar brincando ate tarde.

O lugar é lindo, comida boa, piscinas são limpas, jardim bem cuidado, porém, me acomodaram lá no último bloco, longe da praia e das piscinas. Tinha que andar muito para chegar até a orla. A internet é péssima. As espreguiçadeiras são poucas, então, tem que acordar 7h e subir lá em cima antes de tomar café da manhã para marcar uma espreguiçadeira pq senão fica sem lugar na piscina e frente para a praia. Não tem ninguém para auxiliar com as malas e com informações no desembarque quando chega. Pelo preço que cobram poderiam ter um hoster auxiliar no embarque e desembarque e para conduzir os hóspedes na chegada até a recepção e na saída até o carro. No check out não me avisaram que teria que liberar a entrada do Uber. Tive que sair com as malas pra fora da portaria para embarcar. Não tem funcionário para auxiliar com informações sobre check out e bagagens tanto na entrada como na saída. A pizzaria parece que a gente tá pedindo esmola. O período é curto. Abre somente das 19 as 21. Como é muita gente, não dá conta. Se chegar às 19 consegue lugar. Se chegar às 20 já está lotado e tem que ficar aguardando do lado de fora até desocupar mesa. Como é rodízio, demora muito para desocupar. Poderiam abrir horário maior visto que a demanda é grande. Do mais, correu tudo bem. Os bares tem bebidas ótimas, tem banheiro em todos os lugares. Essa parte eu amei. O restaurante é bem servido e fica aberto até às 16h para almoço. Não tem frescura de roupa para entrar.

Tive uma péssima experiência nesse resort. A qualidade do quarto e da comida nem vou colocar em questão. É compatível com o preço da diária. Agora o atendimento foi um dos piores que já tive. No checkout um rapaz de nome João totalmente despreparado não me deixou fazer o checkout simplesmente porque eu tinha esquecido o cartão/chave dentro do quarto. Como o quarto era super longe da recepção, eu pedi para ele passar um rádio para a camareira mais próxima entrar e pegar as chaves, mas ele foi super rude comigo dizendo que eu teria que voltar lá para pegar as chaves, senão não faria o checkout. Ele deu a entender que eu estava mentindo e que a chave estava comigo e eu não queria entregar, como se fosse ROUBAR uma chave de hotel. Eu insisti e disse que não voltaria no quarto só por isso. Então ele me fez pagar uma multa de 30 reais por não estar com a chave no checkout. Então eu perguntei se o problema era só pagar os 30 reais e paguei. Achei um absurdo e nunca tinha passado por algo parecido em nenhum outro hotel do planeta Terra.

If you are from the united states you will be use to certain luxuries. You will not receive that here. Terrible food. Tastes bland and you can tell they go very cheap. No slides or amusement. Just some pools. The wave pool is not a wave pool. The waves are never greater than a inch. No point to even call it a wave pool. No one ever smiled. The staff seemed like they were tortured.

Amamos a estadia

O Enotel é um hotel maravilhoso, voltado à família! Pensado nos mínimos detalhes! A bebida por ser à vontade, gostei que não entregam garrafas, latinhas, o que deixa o ambiente mais seguro para crianças (e adultos também)! A recreação a partir dos 4 anos também tem bastante programação e nos passou muita confiança, pois foi a primeira vez que deixamos nosso filho mais velho sem nossa supervisão (7anos)! Atendentes corteses! Programação adulta boa também (teve samba que gostei bastante). Comida farta, diversificada, mas em termos de sabor, nada de extraordinário! Mas nos supriu e surpreendeu positivamente!
