The room was spotless. But its dated. We would like to have had more hooks to hang clothes for steam ironing. The staff in all areas were courteous and warm. Solved issues without delay. The beach and the pool area are lovely, but again some of the beach chairs and umbrellas are showing wear and tear. Food at breakfast was excellent and a great variety of choices.
The experience at Fairmont exceeded all our expectations! Hospitality was very good , the room was always clean and accessible!
Also the service from the crew was very friendly make you feel like home the whole time !
From the entrance untill the front desk everyone is with a smile and try to help you at all times!
It's great to see this nowadays! We will definitely choose to come again!
Great hotel, excellent staff and service. The team that took care of Fairmount Gold Club guests was outstanding. The housekeeping was a bit of hit and miss. On the fifth floor, the rooms were not being cleaned well. On the 7th floor, they were immaculate. The windows of the hotel were quite dirty from outside. The hotel should clean them more often.
The breakfast was excellent. I wish the hotel had another pool inside for extremely hot periods.
Lovely stay at the Fairmont. Staff were lovely especially Stephen, Katrina, Shaniya and the gentleman at the entrance of the hotel. It was very close to all the attractions and places we wanted to visit. Breakfast was good - just very busy! Queue system needs looking at. Other than our stay was lovely. The pools and beach are beautiful and the the view of the mosque from the hotel was stunning. Would stay here again x

The room service was very bad. When I called to request service, they were late. When I called them again, they got angry.
And The bed very bad and uncomfortable.
Only I wasn’t very pleased with the delays when I forgot my passports on the hotel. They did manage the problem but took their time with minimal unclear communication. Stressful waiting time I had to bare.
Started off poor as arrived at 09:30am and although I asked for early check-in where possible I was told impossible and the hotel was full. I had to leave hotel and catch a taxi as everything was far. I arrived back at 2pm and a supervisor took my check-in and upgraded me to sea view room (amazing) she was honest (Sally) to say some rooms were not ready as they are being serviced, which made sense, didn’t like how I was lied to originally. Anyway this place is really good, shout out to Cheeka at breakfast and Zahid & Michael in Conceriage who were so friendly. This place is far from anything so be prepared to spend on taxis. It’s great if you just want to chill and get the sun in. I’d go back. Tip Dubai is an hour away and cost £7 by Airport shuttle. Worth doing a day trip
This is an excellent property with spacious clean rooms with two daily house keeping quick room and keen staff. The lobby is full of scents. Absolutely lovely
Excellent hotel. Beautiful spacious room with an amazing view of the mosque across the water. Enjoyed the beach and the pool. The restaurants were all excellent. The only complaint was the check in. We arrived before 3 pm and the room was not available until about 3:15 pm.
