Frustrating kiosk check-in, room was great.

The hotel room was great. Check-in was frustrating because I did the online check-in, and the kiosk made me enter my ID and information multiple times, only to say at the end that a room wasn’t ready and closed me out. But, it applied payment to my credit card. I then had to wait in a long line to check in with a person, and a room was ready.
