First time staying here. The room was nice and seemed clean. The toilet paper in the bathroom wasn’t folded or anything which makes me feel like the toilet wasn’t clean. Overall, nice stay though. Probably not the best for staying with young children since almost all the restaurants were on the casino floor that has smoking.

This is my eighth year out of 10 coming here for a week. I’m so glad they brought back room service. I almost didn’t come back because last year they didn’t have room service.

First, I’m so happy they now have room service again because it was so disappointing last year for them not to have room service like the other hotels My only complaint is that the grand Café didn’t have enough servers to avoid a 40 minute wait for breakfast half of their tables were empty so we had to leave the hotel and drive 10 minutes away to Ed’s place to have breakfast. The week I come every year is a very busy week and they should know we’re all going to want to have breakfast so they need to plan to have enough staff for the main breakfast area.! I like the new kiosk or self check in and I would recommend if you don’t want a long wait to get on an elevator stay in the tower that only has seven floors I had two different rooms and I loved each of them very clean and very well decorated. This is my eighth year since 2016 staying here.
