Pet friendly

Erica was a wonderful clerk. I didn’t realize I book a regular room instead of a pet room. She was gracious & patient with my mistakes. She accommodated me & changed my booking. The room was wonderful & comfortable. The dog relief area (dog potty) was sticker free & easy to access. No, wonder the OTR truck drivers stay here. The price was very reasonable. Thank you for excellent service.

Sparks is better than Reno

Everyone was very friendly. Good food prices and plenty of penny slots and a few that you could pull the handle on, old school style! Forget downtown Reno ,Sparks by the lake is it .

Great Stay

I breed Bulldogs and had a puppy delivery in Reno in the morning. I ended up loving my stay at this hotel more than I thought I would and I would stay here again. I chose it because it’s pet friendly and has a late check-in and it’s a great value.
