The property is in a residential neighborhood and is very quiet and close to the city. However the rooms are very warm

I booked 2 rooms, one for 3 people and another room for 2 people. Expedia charged the same amount for both 305 (, the room for 2 people , 303, that 201 hotel gave was much much smaller!!. I complained to the hotel representative Barbara, but she said to talk to Expedia. I called Expedia & they emailed the property & the latter but would not issue a refund or some compensation. Very disappointed to both, Expedia & 201 hotel. I have been using Expedia for years no problem before not until this time. I deserved a compensation, you overpriced , hotel 201 issued a small room, 303. Please be considerate!!!

first time travellers to Iceland. I liked the location of the hotel as we were only 7 km from downtown Reykjavík. The staff were friendly and helpful. Met all of our needs. They even gave us breakfast before it opened as we flew out early. Nothing fancy, but clean and would stay there again

While this property is a no-smoking, our room was located over the entrance. I’d your windows are open be prepared for smoke and every conversation ever had. The room is small so it can be stuffy. Maybe ask for a room opposite side of the building. Other than that, it was fine.
