They need to learn and take capacitation how to treat a customer I’m not saying all of them capacitation how to treat a customer I’m not saying all of them but when you’re coming to the hotel, it’s like they are doing you a favor you’re staying there. The hotel as a whole was ok, but the particulars need to improve. The charge rate seems high to park my car every day on their lot and also to have breakfast on the facility. Also the hotel was pretty noisy at night with a particular honeymoon couple next door to me and my friend’s room; it may have been thinner walls or the door between the two rooms but it did catch our attention at night. Staff was ok and considerate throughout our stay so would come back with certain rate adjustments for the additional amenities being offered because location wasn’t bad.
