Portsia was extremely kind amicable. We were traveling with two 3 year olds and she helpful as well as accommodating. I would definitely stay again simply because of her excellent customer service.

This is a great hotel. It was clean, quiet, convenient, and the staff was pleasant. The bed was very comfortable. I will return next time I am visiting the LDS Temple. A microwave in the room would be a huge bonus. Breakfast was minimal. I stayed at a cheaper hotel on the next leg of my trip and the breakfast was much better. I was in a handicapped room and I loved it, but I did wonder why the shower curtain didn't come anywhere near reaching the floor?

Fair to medium. Have stayed in more upscale hotels. Shower had a very slight funk. Some curly pubic (assuming) hairs on mattress pad.. yuck city. Was checking for bed bugs. Thank goodness none of those.
