Nice that staff allowed us to get a breakfast to go d/t needing to check out early. Could use some better signs regarding parking and some updating (bedside plugs to charge phones, etc)

Check in was quick and easy. Parking was not convenient. Had to pull up front to unload and then go around the block to park in the public parking garage. Once you got used to the walking back and forth - garage to hotel and vice versa, you get used to it. The rooms were very nice - clean and comfortable. The staff was quick to respond with incidentals and answering question. The restaurant closes early on the weekend so there wasnt any food served after 9, on Friday evening.. not even small snacks available in the lounge. We were really hungry. Overall, we LOVED this hotel and will definitely come back just rearrange our schedule to accommodate theirs

Great location, walkable to downtown and distilleries. They are remodeling, which is very much needed. The room was nice, but we never had housekeeping clean the room. We were there for a whole week and no one came in to clean. We had to leave out trash cans in the hall way to have them emptied. It looked loke they only had housekeeping after checkout.

This hotel is an older facility that is safe and in a good location, but it’s showing its age. The hotel is fairly priced for its condition. Parking is convenient and it was easy to go from the parking garage to the hotel. Our room had no soap the first night, we got some from the front desk the next morning. The shower head was so small in volume that it was truly difficult to take a shower. It rained the second night and our window leaked quite a bit of water inside. The hotel was quiet and safe and the beds were comfy. Again, I thought it was fairly priced.
