Room - no info on amenities , no # for front desk, parking elevator out of service, pool was too cool to get into , inconvenient for someone with handicap needs , TV had channel listing but did not match the TV so couldn’t find stations unless went station to station, hopefully breakfast service will be good , room carpet dirty

Room had stained carpets, the tub floor was dirty and there was mold on the shower ceiling. Our key cards would not open the back door to the garage and didn’t work well on the room door either. Staff was really nice.

Housekeeper came to the door 1.5 hours before checkout and knocked on the door and before i could even answer they just walked in reguardless if they family or i was even dressed or descent

This property was once very nice. That was several years ago. It was quite tired and you could tell things were not being fixed on an ongoing basis. Although the staff were excellent - both at check-in and at the lobby bar, and breakfast buffet, the building itself needs a serious amount of TLC. The workout room was quite dissappointing. It has very, very old equipment and is generally the size of a large bathroom or tiny bedroom. I would not stay here again - although - again, the staff were excellent.

The Lobby was very impressive, and the staff were incredibly friendly and kind. The rooms did not match the lobby. There was a dirty towel on the sink as soon as we walked in, I just kicked it under the sink because the rest of the room looked clean. The bathroom had chipped tiles, as did the toilet seat. We got a room with a pullout couch and the mattress was very uncomfortable. There wasn't anything special about the rooms. We attended for a convention, so it was nice to be able to be close to our room.

Staff couldn’t find my reservation at check in. Parking is a good walk from the hotel and it’s slightly dated. Room was clean, breakfast was better than most places and the location was great as you could walk to many locations.
