Terrible Quality

It took about 20 minutes to get someone to check me in, and once they did, they sent me to a disgustingly dirty room, which had a broken lock on the door and the toilet didn't flush. Couldn't stay here.

This place should be condemned. I have no idea how it passes code. There may be 10 working rooms. Everything else gone to ruin. Staff incredibly rude and unhelpful to top it off. Tear it down.

This property should not be listed by Expedia. Overall condition is very bad. Pictures of this property had to have been taken YEARS ago; they come nowhere close to representing the property as it is currently. Desk clerk is very uncommunicative. This is the worst place I have ever stayed. Avoid this place at all costs.

I was given a key that didn’t work, the front desk had to come up the stairs with me (as ALL elevators were not functional) and fix it. Once fixed, the bathroom light wouldn’t even turn on and the phone didn’t work. So, I had to be switched to a new room. Stains on sheets were unsettling, but I was exhausted at this point to complain any further.

Checking in they were apparently training somebody, but didn’t even acknowledge me and welcome me to the place. Basically gave my key and that was it didn’t even tell me exactly where it was. I had to ask.. Elevator didn’t work and I was on the third floor that wasn’t fun to carry all my stuff up there. The hallway smelled like urine and seeing a pass review hearing that homeless people are sleeping in the hallways. I go out for work come back to the room, and the other door from the balcony has been pushed open. One night when I was in the hotel room, the door pushed open again and when I went to it open the door, somebody was running off. Didn’t use the shower because the water wasn’t warm enough or even hot plus there was nothing in the tub itself. Nearly slept and fell. The refrigerator was already leaking when I got there and finally the bed anytime I got on it. It seemed like it would move off the frame it was on. Definitely not a place to stay.

Pretty much not even a hotel. It’s ran down apartments made for long stay guests that have no where to live. Everything smells like cigs everything is dirty. Stains everywhere. If I could burn it down I would. God speed to anyone who decides to stay here.

I booked this hotel for my stay while out of town for my cousins wedding. Just horrible, very horrible. I check in, went to look at the room and left! Everything was wrong-the room was on the third floor but the elevator was out of order. I went to the wedding and booked another hotel-candle wood suites to be exact-this place should be shut down immediately.

The employees at this property were rude and did not take responsibility for false advertisement. Expedia advertises this property as having rooms with double beds and breakfast included. Neither of those aspects are true. When I attempted to check in the employee rudely repeated, “one bed, one room” and “no breakfast, no lunch, no dinner, no food.” One bed one room one star

People, don't go to this place when I get there, the place was lonely and the ac didn't work. The parking lot was empty and I walked to the front desk and nobady was there for 20 minutes, im a woman and i was by myself and scared. So I left the place. inside and unsafe. So

This property was very accommodating to my family. The beds were very comfy!! And the staff was excellent!! The property is being renovated so some things are a work in progress, however we still enjoyed our stay. Many shopping and food places nearby.

I was looking for an inexpensive room and this came up. The pictures must be 30 years old and I have to say that there is nothing about this place that a bulldozer or a good fire wouldn’t improve.
