I did not like that the property was located in a hole, security was Very Rude Yelling at us while try to park. Hall way was dirty paper on floor nasty, just felt uncomfortable kept watching over my shoulder. Ice Machine was broken or stayed out of ice!!

The staff were incredible. I always stay at Hilton hotels and this location is similar to the rest I have stayed at. Rooms are always clean and friendly people when you walk in. They make traveling stress free as you don’t have to ever worry about safety or cleanliness with Hilton.

The hotel was great! The room was very clean and had all necessary amenities. Wonderful staff and guests. The hallways were nice and quiet. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to be super close to the airport. There is a McDonald's next door, so if you're looking for a quick meal in the morning or night, that's your place to go! The hotel is located right on the main road so from time to time you will hear a loud car or motorcycle go by early morning or late night. If that doesn't bother you then this place is a great deal.

There was no selection of bread (whole wheat, sour dough, etc) only pastries, I guess thats why there was no toaster around, too. It would be nice to have that along with the pastries for people who watch their sugar intake.

The hotel itself was very nice. The employees at the front desk were very kind and helpful. The streets convenient for the airport yes, but not for walking. It’s very busy and kinda scary especially for my sister and I to walk at night to get some food or something. But Ubers and Lyfts were quick to get, room was very nice we just had to ask for toilet paper. Only one roll for a 3 night stay is a little weird but it’s so problem when I asked they were quick to bring it up and very kind. No towel restock either. No room service over like no towel restock or toilet paper or bed made or trash thrown out. You have to ask for it all which is fine and they were quick when we did. Will definitely book again.

Check-in is quick and convenient, room is clean and in good condition. The noise of elevator is disturbing, and the breakfast is too simple. I wish they can add more different food to breakfast.

Takes front desk a long time to find you a room and check in. It appeared to be a lack of options or training needs. While waiting there is little option to park in the front of the hotel to check in. Therefore cars back up at the front entrance blocking others. There is no signage with guest directions. You can not park first without a key card and nothing warning you this. At checkout the front desk says it takes 5 minutes to just print a receipt when a 3rd party prepayment occurred. I waited 5 minutes to learn it will take longer while trying to get to the airport and return the rental. Additionally after waiting and driving to leave the parking lot your are stuck because the front desk gives you no key to get out and no one answers the call button at the gate. I waited about 2 minutes and left my car at the gate and walked back to the lobby to get a key to get out. The front desk apologized after giving me a key as I ran back to my car. By the time I got to the car security came to open the gate and also apologized. It appear to be a army list of mistakes but too many to believe this is an isolated event. I better understand why another customer had to come back to get a hey to also get out the gate when I checked in which I did not understand at the time. I am a regular Hilton custom and never had this experience at any other location and plan to never return or recommend this location. I also hope this feedback helps and is used to audit processes, policy.
