We had some trouble with the parking and we got the wrong room. However, the staff was amazing. Everyone was so kind and made everything right. please be aware if you do not have a small vehicle you will NOT fit in the parking garage. We basically got stuck inside so don’t test it. There are about 10 parking spots outside the garage but they were all filled. The staff allowed us to park next to a wall. We also got put in a room with two queen beds instead of a king with extra floor space and they gave us a great discount. Very kind staff!!

This was t-h-e Nicest HI I’ve ever stayed in. The room was huge!…a suite, really. The bed was sooo comfortable, I didn’t want to get up. Remote-controlled shades, three windows, different angles. John was very nice, super helpful, knowledgeable and inviting. Parking seemed pretty safe. The location was perfect. My only regret was not having booked two nights. They were sold out the next day. I would absafreaginlutely stay here again and most definitely highly recommend this HI. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Room was good. Parking was not. I arrived- my SUV would not fit in their garage ( anything over 6ft will not). Then have a $20 parking fee. I was told to park in a handicap spot since it was the only other parking left. All night I wondered if I would be towed or ticketed….. They waived the fee however, I did not feel comfortable about it.

We arrived after a red-eye flight and asked for an early check-in, but the staff member declined our request right away without checking the computer. She simply repeated the regular check-in time. We chose this hotel because they had kindly accommodated an early check-in on our previous stay. We understand that early check-in depends on availability, but even if it wasn’t possible this time, it would have been more professional to verify it on the computer first. Aside from that, she was a pleasant person, and the hotel itself was clean, conveniently located, and the room was spacious and comfortable.

I enjoyed the biscuits and gravy. The egg omelette was fresh and fluffy. The pork sausage was very tasty. The coffee could have been stronger…but that’s a me thing. It was still good. The staff was very pleasant.

Covered parking was very nice. Our room was very spacious. Checkin was great, but the property messed up our reservation and only had us staying one night instead of 2. The afternoon clerk on October 23 who brought this to our attention was not helpful and sonewhat rude about helping to get this straightened out. The error was caused by the hotel, not by Expedia.

This is what you expect from a nice Holiday Inn Express, but it is at the edge of downtown, the last block or so getting to the hotel the neighborhood goes downhill. I didn't feel unsafe at any point, but you have to scan your key card to get to the rooms and you will see graffiti in the area. It is walkable to downtown in my opinion, but i do know some people who would disagree.

The hotel/room and the breakfast were average. Nothing special. But that is what I expect from a Holiday Inn Express. What I did not expect - a broken shower. And a subpar breakfast (usually pretty decent at the Holiday Inn Express. Just not this one.
