Stayed there a week. No room service at all. The room we first got put in had roaches. Had to pay for toilet paper and towels ( lucky we had our own towels) the workers were not terrible but they acted like they didnt really care either if you was happy or not. Will not be staying there again.

The room was very neglected. No towells, no bed sheets, no paper toilet, no hygienic tissue, no cable tv, mo remote control. Bugs in the bathroom, bath tub worned out, faucet broken, hole in a wall, wall paper broken, no heat control.

It was terrible stains on the sheets roaches and spiders every where I tried to get a refund they wouldn’t let me I tried through the app I don’t know what happen with your customer services but it’s was a terrible experience I was forced to sleep in a room with roaches spider and bed bugs I also have pictures of everything I do not recommend nobody goes there it is terrible
