Room. Pillows had to be folded in half and still didn’t have a decent pillow asked for more they didn’t have any. Room obviously wasn’t properly cleaned-ashes still on top of microwave. Smoke detector was unplugged and hidden under microwave-OSHA violation. Windows didn’t lock-OSHA violation. Fire alarms going off middle of night with no explanation. Stayed at many Microtels in other states never had this issue. Should get compensated for this miserable experience.

Knowing that a winter storm was coming, the staff failed to do even the most basic precautions for ice and snow. At a minimum, salt could have been put on sidewalks, but no, that did not happen. Instead, a computer printed message stating that the sidewalks and parking area was icey, and they were not responsible for any slips or falls.

There was extreme ice in the outside walkways, driveway and entrance. Instead of salting or shoveling, they simply put up signs that the hotel could not be held responsible. Welcome to trouble.

Almost all the white towels are gray, look like either too old or not washed well. It is not easy to access the TV in room keep getting weak signal message for every channel. Too much/heavy bad/cigarette smell on the corridor.
