The grassy area was GREAT for my dog to do potty in. I felt safe as the hotel is directly across from a police station. The room was spacious but the bed was so hard... That's the only downfall.

Commode was stopped and full very nasty upon our arrival called the desk someone came and cleaned it and left a plunger and said if we had problems with it use the plunger the Jett tub had no hot water so we could not use it

My room was clean and presentable. Unfortunately for a time after I was settled in the room after 10pm, the next door occupants were loud, and seened to be arguing quite a bit. Especially the woman yelling at her children and maybe a baby or cat. After the left their room which was about 1am, I never heard them return. They must've checked out for ALL was quiet and back to normal. The male evening shift staff member was decent, explained things of importance, and greeted me with a nice attitude & smile.

Even though the building is old and showing need for maintenance, that would not have bothered us if it had been clean. We found pills on the floor next to the bedside table, the floor was sticky through out the room, and all towels were stained, just to name a few things.

Very friendly. Room had a funny smell. Comfy beds pics are definitely not this location if they are they are very old. Pool could use chairs for handicap. The chairs they have are so low its impossible to sit on them. Over all ok stay.

I like that they have great breakfast every morning free and the clean indoor pool is open till 10pm.The ladies at the front desk where so nice and helpful they go the extra miles to make sure your stay is enjoyed. Ty red roof inn in Richmond Ky

Clean, comfortable dog-friendly rooms for those travelling with pets. Close to freeway, so very convenient. Very nice staff at the front desk, and the area and hotel felt safe for this single female traveler. Rooms for both my stays on this trip were very good for the price. One room had a slow-draining tub, and front staff was very responsive to putting in a work order to address it. Would definitely stay here again, especially due to friendly and kind front desk staff!

Nice place to stay at. We were there for over a week and they only cleaned our room once, we had to ask for it. We had twin babies and the diaper smell would get strong subsides. People were friendly and the place was a nice place
