Decent place, room clean, nice lobby. Ice machine broken on our floor was a bummer. I recommend getting that thing fixed pronto. No reason for that sort of thing at a big chain.

Main part of hotel was warm but AC in the room worked well for those who enjoy cooler temps. Ximena at the front desk made check in easy and enjoyable. Her demeanor and kindness was well appreciated! Would definitely stay again if in the area!

The room was clean, the temperature was nice in the room. The AC/Heat unit was NOT quiet, but I was able to sleep with it. Check in person was not nearly as welcoming and friendly as all the other staff. Your place is aged, but it was a good stay.

Staff was super nice but the condition of the hotel is in much need of an overhaul. Although it was clean. Stains on carpets odor in the stair way and elevator, broken ice machines. Location was convenient for Ridgefield amphitheater

Early check-in the day before, I thought would be an easy at hotel. The clerk could not find reservation, questioned if I had a reservation and eventually found the paperwork already completed and waiting. Issue is clerk at hotel.
