Staff unhelpful, telephone in room didn't work (couldn't call reception) and was very dirty. The safe in the room was broken and was not fixed. I will not stay in a Windsor hotel again.

WONDERFUL WINSOR MARTINIQUE COPACABANA

just back from a Wonderful Stay at the Windson Martinque Copacabana. Just steps from the world famous Copacabana Beach where i spent every day enjoying the warm temperatures and lovely sandy beach. We were all greeted by wonderful Customer service at the hotel. Everyone at the front desk were fabulous. Marcio Andrade and Gabriela Martins checked us all in and explained everything we had to know about the hotel and the area. Both are complete professionals and were a great help while we were there. Gabriea arranged all of our tours to Christ the Redemer and Sugarloaf. We had the most fantastic guide his name was Gus. These two tours are a must. The breakfast buffet is perfect, There is something for everyone, all fresh. All of the employees in the restaurant were great and always helpful. The bellboys in the hotel were also terrific, They were always there to help us and spoke english. Security also always present and always greeted us when we returned from out night out. Next door is a money change store. make a left at the corner and we had a good souvenir store and also a grocery store. Also a really nice buffett The outdorr grill. This is a Fantastiv Hotel to stay at and filled with wonderful professionals. Hopefuly soon i will return to this Wonderful Hotel, Thank you everyone for making my stay so memerable and hope to see all of you real soon. LANCE

We loved our stay at the Windsor Martinique. The staff were wonderful. Very courteous and willing to assist. The dining room staff were efficient and a high level of service was delivered. The hotel had everything we needed and more. Great location close to Copacobana Beach.

My stay at the Windsor Martinique Hotel during Carnival week was a memorable experience, thanks to its excellent location, comfortable accommodations, and attentive staff. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for a pleasant stay. **Check-In and First Impressions:** Our check-in process was seamless, thanks to Vladimir at the front desk. He was kind, thorough, and highly professional, clearly understanding the importance of hospitality. His welcoming demeanor made us feel valued as guests right from the start. The hotel’s entrance is always staffed with friendly faces, not only to greet guests but also to ensure security, which added a sense of safety and comfort throughout our stay. **The Room:** Our room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep after long days of exploring Rio. The bathroom was modern and tidy, and we appreciated the amenities like the in-room safe and small fridge. However, it would have been a nice touch to have a coffee maker or electric kettle in the room for heating water for tea or instant coffee, especially for those early mornings or late-night cravings. **Housekeeping:** The housekeeping team deserves special recognition.
