The check in was delayed because the one worker that was at the property was on break when I came in. I seen him in the dining hall and he said to wait until he finished his break. Horrible service, I would never come back here, I don't even care if they gave me a free room for the week

Expedia should advertise that the hotel also charges a $100 deposit. So I didi not get to stay at the room even though i paid for it. The front desk agent said she was going to cancel it but obviously she did not because i keep receiving emails about my stay, that never happened. And Expedia doesnt have customer support by phone in the evenings. I was very disappointed.
