Asking for a quiet space meant nothing. Staff did not seem to help on that. Unable to rest until 5 am as the neighbors were heard the entire time. Internet was spotty, and so was the ability to watch television. The staff did not seem to know what being opposite the highway meant either. I've been in many hotels/motels and have never been so disappointed in my life.

Hotel was very clean and the room was large. Only issue was the room next door played extremely loud loud music ALL night. We were in town for a funeral and our family had several rooms. We complained but they did not ask them to turn the music down.

The room was good. But there was a big family that had several rooms around us and their kids were running back and forth from room to room making noise very early in the morning and slamming doors and pounding on walls!! It wasn't the best stay this time! And they had a hot plate, cooking in their room!! Not very safe in my opinion.

The room was GREAT!!!, only complaint was the NOISE above us… i don’t know if it was a guest, or if they were doing renovations, but it was NON STOP, and kept me up for most of the night

Our room was nice and clean. The front staff was nice and courteous. Breakfast and coffee was good. Enough parking for us when we came back late in the evening. The house keepers were nice to give us extra towels and we left them a tip. Thank you for the great experience.
