The room was disgusting. Stains on the mattress, walls, lamps, drapes. Couldnt sleep on the bed cause id instantly become extremly itchy from being on it. A hole was punched in the bathroom door. The ceiling was literally peeling off in the bathroom. There was black mold in the bathroom and sink area. There were literally drug deals happening in the parking lot and steps of the hotel. A fight broke out between two gang bangers right outside of my room. I had to worry about catching a stray bullet. Management only offered to switch my room. I wanted a refund so i could leave and pay to stay elsewhere.

The rooms have been updated and are really nice. The furniture is really old and worn but functional. The area at night did not feel very safe. I worried when I went to check in and the lobby was locked and looked NOTHING like the picture in this email. There were bars and plexiglass like it was a bank. This gave me uncomfortable feelings. In the daylight it felt a little better and food is quite convenient, with a Denny's in the parking lot and an In-n-Out a block down the road along with a bunch of other fast food outlets. They are in the middle of restoring the facility and I think once they are done it will be nice. Still not crazy about the check-in area being like a bank.

I have requested my money back and have been unsuccessful so far. I left because it was filthy, broken pool, no bedspreads, broken tv, homeless people around and in facility, see through curtains, the list goes on. I was afraid to sleep and/or park there. I am now about to sleep soundly at a hotel down the street.

So all night we were awake with arguing and yelling crack heads.Dogs barking. Trash everywhere. Drug deals happening in the open. First room was absolutely disgusting with odor of urine and plain filth. We we given another room but didn’t change the things that were happening all night. We stayed here before with no issues. But never again. Even if we’re free. Absolutely horrendous

Room was awful, as soon as I lay down on bed I got all itchy, bed was not in a good condition and all worn out, 1 chair that had a dip in the middle signs of several years of use and colors fading, couldn't sit there at all. Bugs in restroom and toilet seat was loose/broken. Bathroom extractor made more noise than a diesel big rig.
