We were booked a room right near elevator and was kept up all night. Went to make coffee and the machine don’t work. Housekeeper had to come back two times and finally got me a different one. Dinner at the cafe - horrible food and service. Fish was chewy- food under the table on the floor. Had to hunt down our waiter a few times. We stay here at least once a month and this time it was not good. It happy this time at all

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, attentive, and especially accommodating when I requested services for my grandmother. They handled everything with care and understanding, which we truly appreciated. The hotel itself was very clean, and our room was spotless and well-maintained.
