The hotel does not communicate with the online super 8 pre check in. I had checked in online on the way to the hotel & my credit card was charged for the deposit (which by the way was $98.81, which is ridiculous for a super 8.) Then upon arrival the hotel wanted all the same info to charge me again for a deposit. If I hadn’t been paying attention to my texts & emails I would have been charged twice. The tv remote did not work. The refrigerator was loud & on its last leg- had to unplug it so we could sleep. Overall the room was dirty- the sink faucet was filthy & moldy around the base of the handles & under the faucet. Bed super hard. Another guy that had just checked in & got to his room came back to the front desk while we were checking in & asked for clean bedding because there was a large stain on the sheets. That should have been our clue to leave! But it’s horrid to get any money back once you’ve paid online.

Wish I could leave zero stars

I booked this room for my father coming from Texas and he was only able to stay 1 night and had to leave and stay at another hotel because it was so disgusting and they charged him for every night the room was booked even though he disnt stay there. Management told him he would only be charged for the one night and when he checked out they told he would have to pay for the whole booked stay. The pictures online were deceiving.

Adequate and a lot less expensive than Argosy.

It was ok. Kind of run down. Pool wasn’t open. Didn’t have water in it. Hot in halls and kind of smelled. No breakfast as it says online. Room was adequate. Just older. Fridge was rusty. Bathroom door was peeling away and hanging off. I cut my foot on it. Beds were fine but sheets were all wrinkled so I hope they weren’t used. Blanket has stains all over them. Just didn’t feel clean. Quiet

Better bed measurement

The location was perfect for what we needed, however, the beds were much smaller than we expected them to be. They was barely enough room for 2 average adults. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom were good. I would like to thank the early morning staff for making coffee early for us- super helpful!
