WARNING, DANGEROUS AND SUB HUMAN CONDITIONS. Horrific experience, first room had no Air Conditioning, second room offered was slightly cooler but just as filthy. Hair, dirt, bugs, and leftover belongings in the rooms. Front desk employees just roll their eyes as if they know the conditions are deplorable but ownership will do nothing about it. Miscreants and Drunks kept coming into the office and hovering around the rooms asking for money. Staff just laughs it off as part of the experience. It was not comfortable for me, and much less so for my wife and 3 year old child. I asked to have the room refunded but ownership said it was not within a specific time period. No special circumstance or even a partial refund were considered. DO NOT BOOK VILLAGE CAY ROACH MOTEL!

Smaller hotel with less than 50 rooms but right on the Marina with nice views on ocean side. Rooms were nice and you could tell this was quite the place back in the day. Still a nice stay, nice bar, restaurant, and small pool.

The room was adequate but there are nicer hotels on Tortola to stay. I wouldn't stay here again. Also we were tired from traveling so we decided to order food from the hotel restaurant and it was terrible, barely edible, and they didn't have many of the items on the menu. Do not eat at the hotel restaurant.

Room was changed to non ocean facing room. Manager did change rate waiting to see if Expedia sends the refund. Also rooms were clean water pressure terrible and really bad water temperature. In the morning on departure power went out. Not the hotel’s problem but seemed very non responsive to get it fixed. Bar and restaurant was great with great service .
