Overall, I am glad we stayed there for 4 nights. We took a chance not knowing what to expect but everything turned out great for the price. Concerned that the place was hard to find at night when we arrived. Hidden towards the back from the road with very dismal lighting compared to the other hotels in the area.

The breakfast was okay but had fake eggs. No orange juice for 3 days. The pool and hot tub were nice. We were able to walk to Mayo Clinic, but they do have a shuttle. The hotel could use updating, but it was a good value.

Property is old but very good taken care of. Very clean, all electrical connectors and bulbs functional, spacious rooms and a good breakfast. I will definitely stay here next time I am in Rochester.
