Overall, the room was very clean. Needs some updating. Beds were comfortable but heater fan very noisey. You have to pay for parking but very limited places to park in one of their ramps. The other ramp can only accommodate vehicles under six feet. None of these things are mentioned on thier website. Its cheeper and more accommodating to park in Mayo Clinic's ramps.

The location can not be more convenient when visiting the Mayo Clinic. However the parking is hit or miss. The parking garage has very limited parking and for someone who has to haul an infant in and out of the vehicle, the spaces were very small to manage that. One of two nights I managed to get a parking spot in their garage, the next night I had to pay for parking a block away.
