I have stayed in several of the surrounding properties but this hotel was far the easiest for access to Mayo hospital and clinics. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Will be back next year

The staff was very helpful but disappointed in quality of breakfast. A beautiful room, but eggs and bacon were cold. Other options were available, just felt this should be at least warm if served as an option.

We loved the convenience of the hotel with the hospital and clinic, the subways are great to use. We were thrilled to have the parking of the hotel, it made less worries for us coming and going. We had to stay longer than planned and the hotel was very gracious to let us stay in our rooms. It was just a good experience for us.

Great place in a great loc, but needs renovation.

It's a great place at a great location run by good people, but the furniture is old and uncomfortable, the carpet is ancient, and the bathroom is in desperate need of renovation. We had to stand and hold the handle to get the toilet to flush, the toilet is extremely low, there are two lights in the bathroom, but only one works...

The front desk basically treats you like you belong in STEERAGE because you booked your reservation through a 3rd party vendor! Very unprofessional, discourteous and argumentive.

Property is in the perfect location to the Mayo Clinic. It definitely needs updating. The toilet seat was peeling and rust stains in the bathroom. It’s smells old and moldy. The windows don’t open. The carpets need to be removed. Bedding was not very comfortable. Breakfast is a great addition but definitely needs better coffee.
