The staff is helpful. We had an air conditioner problem. They installed a new one. When I needed to extend our stay, they worked it out. Very convenient to Mayo Clinic. A very good value for a suite compared to others.

Unfortunately I had high hopes for our stay here but the hotel was dated and had furniture in the hallways and I can handle "dated" but it is so old it appears the carpet is dirty and for the price I was disappointed overall. The baby cockroach in the bathroom is what really did it for me though.

Quiet, easy access to Mayo Clinic with the subway. Staff is always amazing! Rooms are clean, if something doesn't work they come within 5-10 min to check it out.

They had a very nice continental breakfast. Nice restaurants attached. Walking distance to Mayo clinics. Fast elevators. We only had one chair in our room and the mattress was too soft. The hall and room had a weird smell. Icemaker was broke on our floor.

I love, love it at Khaler In Suites This is the second time staying at Kahler Inn Suites. My last stay was perfect and so convenient & this time was the same excellent, friendly, clean place. Breakfast was good too. I was so glad to see the remodel was done & looked so good. I'll be back again soon. Thank you All for making my stay so pleasant.
