No Breakfast. Website said Breakfast, brown water from taps. Bathrooms are not clean, hallways and room smells like smoke. Had to keep my window open. Parking lot is horrible. Night staff is a joke will no help at all. Bath towels had stains on them. Problems with there room key system.

The only issue was that it is under construction and doesn't look as pretty as it could. I am sure after renovations are finished it will be fine. The room was fantastic and the staff was great.

Very disappointed as they did not serve breakfast as it was advertised, our room was small and there was no shade for the window. We had to deal with the lights from side of building. There was no elevator.

It was ok

We only stayed 1 Night and it was satisfactory. Couple things we didn't like was that it was freezing in the Room upon arrival and it took awhile for it to get warm. Blankets on the Bed were a Sheet and a really thin sort of Blanket, so either you were to hot or cold due the Heat wasnt regulated. Breakfast wasnt available due to Construction, that should have been mention on the Website. Only good thing was that there is a Tim Horton right next to the Hotel. They had a sign by the Front Desk saying if caught smoking, Vaping etc in Rooms or Premises you will be ask to leave but soonest you walk in the smell of Pot is overwhelming. Room was clean but extremely small. Probably would look for another Hotel next time when we are in Area.

I came into the room. The room was cold. I turned the heater on the room still was cold. I tried to take a shower. The hot water never turned on I send a message. Nobody respond and I just left it was to cold

The sink water is brown, in the beginning, so the plumming needs some work. Also, the shower had only warm water, which is not really acceptable. The breakfast was listed as included, but it wasn,t iffered. The only positive thing that I have is that the room, althought small, was clean

When we got to the room the heat was completely off and the room was freezing cold. It took 5 hours to get the room up to a comfortable temperature (mid 60's) When we addressed the lack of heat to an employee we were basically ignored and told oh well. There were no blankets on the beds at all, only a thin little bedspread that was so thin it was see through. We had to get blankets out of our car and sleep it sweatshirts to make the room useable. There were Dirty linens and pillows were stacked in the hallway. Breakfast was not offered despite it being listed on their website as being available and the staff was very dismissive of the issue as well as the heat and blankets. Overall we were very disappointed in our experience.

Smh hotel stay...

The stay was ok and i didnt realizecit was the old microtel .. No Breakfast and parking was horrible . The room i paid for was not available .so i was given a room with with 2 beds and 2 baths in seperate rooms . Basically the wall knocked down between to rooms and called a suite. Smh . I am still waing on a refund for room and then my $50 deposit ? The staff was nice .. No breakfast like advertised. I was not what i expected. I hope once updates are complete renovations that it makes it more inviting.

Having the room for more than one night and not being cleaned by housekeeping, also I think we should have gotten a discount for staying multiple nights and having to pay full price each time

Room was nice, but extremrly cold when I first got there. The hotel advertised that breakfast was included, and that was a msjor factor in my choosing the hotel. At check-in, I was informed that breakfast was not available.
