Great value: clean and comfortable

We had stayed at this hotel more than five years ago, but had stopped as its condition had deteriorated. However, we had read that they had recently renovated so we decided to try staying there again. The check-in was fast and easy. Unfortunately, the first room we were given hadn't been cleaned yet (it was 5 pm) so we were reassigned an equivalent room. That room was clean and comfortable. The bed was actually very comfortable with what appeared to be a new mattress. The TV entertainment was good with some free streaming apps. The bathroom was clean and the shower water was hot with good pressure. Given the low cost, this hotel offers the best value in the area for a comfortable, hassle-free stay.

The hotel room was ok but nothing to write home about though. The bath tub had hair in it and the room floor could have been a little cleaner but other than that it wasnt terrible. The breakfast is basic so i would definitely go somewhere else to get it but it is convenient

There was dead bugs all over the floor found dead roaches behind curtain, shower drain was broke tv dont work, was told by lobby if i was staying more the one fay hell switch room hes rude , dont care was wrong with there rooms i wouldnt recommend to no one at all couch had food all in it also waa very uncomfortable and all hotels was bookex

Property has been renovated. The breakfast only had one fruit, and toast and waffles only. Not hot dishes or yogurt etc.

I made my reservation through expedia, no issues with that. When I arrived the parking lot was dirty and cigarette butts all over. The inside hallways were dirty, not vacuumed. The dining hall was absolutely disgusting and garbage all over and spills on the floor. I was given my room and when I opened the door the sheets on the bed were messy and used, garbage in the garbage pail. I went to the front desk and said the room wasn't cleaned from the last reservation. The gentleman told me the computer said the room was cleaned. Obviously it wasn't!! I was given another room on the 2nd floor but no elevators available for handicap people. So I took the only available room on 1st floor that had two full/queen beds. I paid for a room with a king bed. The receptionist didnt even offer me a discount since I wasn't given a room that I paid for. Thete was only a little toliet paper left on the roll and when I asked the front desk for another roll and I was handed a box of tissues since there werent any spare rolls at the front desk. I was told to ask the front desk in the morning when it is restocked. When I took a shower this morning there was hair in the tub and on shower wall. The water didn't go down the shower drain since the stopper was broken . When I went to get a cup.of coffee in the morning the staff was restocking cups and lids. The gentleman dropped a few lids and he picked them up and put them on top.of the other lids. He should have thrown them out since they fell.
