The room was quite large and the bathroom was huge. It wasn't very light in the room, however. It was very clean and quiet. And the location was great. Adam at the front desk was very accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel and I would stay there again. The main downfall was the price of the parking at $48.

Not a good experience

Hotel staff was not attentive to guests. I felt as if i was bothering them and a hindrance. Waited over an hour for room service. In the morning the restaurant hostess said the kitchen was behind. Not enough staff when there are events in town.

I loved the cleanliness and upscale atmosphere of this hotel. My only complaint is that the parking places in the garage are so narrow that it’s hard to get out of your car. I had to partially pull out of the space so my passenger could get out.

I loved everything about this property, primarily the location and the ease of getting there by car. Everyone I interacted with from check in to check out was exceptional. The hotel is centrally located and it's easy (and safe) to walk to many different venues. The room was clean, updated and spacious. The food at the two eating places was good and reasonably priced and the staff was very friendly and kind. I would definitely stay there again, no question.

Our stay was terrific, but our check-in was a bit frustrating. Check in time is 4pm. We arrived at 5:45 and had to wait because our room wasn’t ready yet. Our room wasn’t ready until 6:05. We had 4 in our group but could only be given 2 drink coupons to “make things better”.
