We really enjoyed how close we were from the Colleseum and many other historical landmarks. The room was quaint but great for the 2 of us. Very clean, safe and quiet. Despite the language barrier, everyone we encountered were lovely. The only downside was the driver for the airport pickup being over 1 hour late, just a tab frustrating after a 12 hr flight.

Great Stay Near the Colosseum with Exceptional Ser

This hotel was a great find for our stay in Rome. It's within a 12-minute walk of the Colosseum and conveniently located near a bus station, which made it easy to reach other major sites like the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps in about 15 minutes. The area is also filled with delicious and reasonably priced dining options, which made exploring even more enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and came with thoughtful touches like snacks and a coffee maker—perfect for a quick breakfast before heading out for the day. One of the biggest highlights of our stay was the kindness of the property manager. We accidentally left our jackets behind, and they were incredibly helpful in getting them shipped back to us. Small gestures like that really leave a lasting impression. We’d absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Rome and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others looking for a welcoming and well-located place to stay.

Hosts were very kind and location was convenient. My family and I had some issues checking in since it was a self check-in process. Main issue was poor phone signal in the building if not connected to WiFi. We stayed for two nights and on our last day, the WiFi was not working. We tried to reset it but it did not help. Because of the lack of WiFi and poor phone signal, it was difficult to reach the host. I don’t believe this was the hosts’ fault, but I just wanted to explain our experience with the building.

Feliz in Roma is an excellent location to see some of the most historical areas of Rome, you are literally minutes away from the Colosseo. Our host, Federico was so quick in responding and provided some excellent restaurant recommendations and some hidden gems not all tourists know about. Our room was impeccable and a perfect place to rest after a full day of walking. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you Feliz in Roma!

Apartment itself is very simple. Owner communication is decent. Location is absolutely perfect and in close proximity to the Colosseum. A major problem is the strong odor of mildew/musty environment which is present throughout the apartment and strongest in the bathroom.

We really enjoyed our stay at Feliz in Roma. Check in was simple and quick, owners were communicative and the room was comfy and a good size. Location is excellent, walking distance from the colleseum and forum and has easy transport links to termini, Vatican city and Trastevere if you do not want to walk further. Also plenty of restaurants on the street/nearby. Breakfast could be improved as it was dried breads and packaged cakes. I understand it is difficult without a staff member present to prepare foods but it would be nice to have some non-dried bread, fruit, yogurts or cereals to choose from in the fridge for self-service.

Was our first time to Rome and first time out of the states. First the room was cute but very small. This is not the properties fault but it is still small. Bath/sink area are a decent size but to me the shower was very small. But again not the properties fault. You are maybe 20 min from the colosseum. 50 min walking from piazza del popolo, the people’s square and about 1hr 10min walking to the Vatican City. Several places to eat are close, GREAT lasagna. There are several mini mrkts 15 min away and a full grocery store about 20-25 away. The B&B has a Community kitchen with complimentary snacks, sink, stove and smalll refrigerator available. Don’t forget to mark you stuff in refrigerator as others may take it. We did have a wonderful time and this was partly due to the motel. Next time will look for a bigger place. Don’t forget your converters. And the tv does have an English option which helps for some channels.

Near the Colosseum

It was a good place to stay. It was easy to get around by walking, using buses, and taking taxis. We took a taxi to St. Peter's Square, but very easily walked back. There were lots of restaurants nearby. Having coffee in the morning was delightful. The elevator made dealing with luggage easy.

Perfect location to tour the colosseum. The suite was very comfortable for 3 adults. Nice to have own space and bathroom. Shared kitchen had all we needed. WiFi was terrific allowing us to call a cab for tour of Vatican. Highly recommended!
