Hotel is located within walking distance of Termini station. All of the tourist attractions are within walking distance of around 20-30 minutes. The metro is also close by and makes transport even easier. The hotel reception staff were very friendly and helpful, reminding us to make use of the water cooler in reception. The room was air conditioned, cleaned daily and spotless, bed was firm but comfortable. The hotel is absolutely perfect for a short break. We didn't hear any noise from the street. Noise from other guests depends on how courteous they are when they're walking around the corridor. We didn't hear any noise from adjoining rooms. For what we paid I couldn't fault the hotel in anyway.

The staff was amazing. I had an issue and the manager did not have to help me solve it, but they did! When your on vacation in a place as touristy as Rome, it was an incredible relief that someone wanted to help us without getting anything for themselves

Needs work done or price dropped… power plug hanging from wall, half the wall plugs won’t hold a plug in, shower glass is loose, took a solid 10 minutes of hot water running to have any hot water and door to room lock did not feel secure. Check in was fast and employee very helpful.

Awful bed, no air conditioning

Awful, awful bed. Truly the worst mattress I have slept on. Air conditioning doesn't work, need to open the window at night in quite a busy area (noisy). Whole hotel is tired and grotty, go elsewhere - we paid £112/night and it would have been a rip off at £50/night

The room was really nice and super close to everything we wanted to do. The only issue we came across was the wifi not working in our room but that wasn’t super important cause we were just using the space to sleep. The room had nice amenities so we didn’t need to get or bring anything extra. Staff were also really nice and easy to deal with.

The hotel was lovely, the room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the air conditioning wasn't working and there was no hot water for the shower after 9am
